AERIAL GUIDE – Starting at $13/hr. Job Description:

  • YOU MUST LOVE TO WORK, AND LOVE INTERACTING WITH PEOPLE
  • Must be 18 years old
  • CPR/1st Aid Certified a plus
  • Must be able to function as a team player, take direction as well as function independently
  • Demonstrates poise, tact, diplomacy, professionalism, and accountability
  • Able to work in all types of weather conditions
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Establish a warm and friendly relationship with guests in person, on the phone, or though email
  • No rope experience needed.
    -All candidates must undergo intensive training, pass a written and practical exam, background & drug screening to gain full employment. Training and coaching is included.
    – This is a very physical position, which requires an individual who is comfortable moving around at height in suspension, moderately heavy lifting, climbing ladders and stairs, reaching, pulling and stretching and an ability to navigate all of the adventure facility activities.
  • Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Seasonal work from May – November
  • Must be able to perform well under stress, including in rescue and first aid situations
  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and work on your feet for at least 12 hours at a time
  • Starting pay: $13/hour

ADVENTURE GUIDE – Starting pay $9/hr. Job Description:

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must Enjoying Interacting with People and Providing Heartfelt Customer Service
  • Must possess or obtain First Aid/CPR/AED Certification( Edge Adventures will hold class if not certified already)
  • Basic computer, phone etiquette and cash register abilities 
  • Fit harnesses, lanyards and helmets correctly(will train)
  • Responsible for attending all regular staff meetings, and ongoing training throughout the season
  • Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Seasonal work from May-November ( all staff training in April)
  • Ability to communicate and work as an effective team member
  • Must be energetic, flexible, good humored, and personable
  • Must have a strong work ethic; be responsible, reliable, mature, and accountable
  • Must have positive attitude and excellent oral/verbal communication skills
  • Must enjoy being outdoors
  • Must have the ability to use good judgment
  • Must be Trustworthy and Responsible in handling company property, including cash
  • Must be willing to put service above personal interests or activities while on duty
  •  Must have the ability and desire to work outside in all weather conditions including extreme cold, heat and precipitation
  • Must have the ability to work long hours and irregular shifts in a multi task environment
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be able to speak in front of large groups
  • This position may require walking/standing for long periods of time
  • Physical fitness level in keeping with job requirement
  • Perform other tasks on an as needed basis
  • Starting pay: $9.00 an hour
